Taking place on a monthly basis, it’s a simple format designed to re-energise you, share ideas with others and come away ready to tackle the month ahead.
It’s 90 minutes at 10.00am on a Sunday and is made up of

I’ve purposely made it simple and affordable and you just book and come along when the date and time suits – no subscription, no commitment.
Book in advance and all you need is a good internet connection, zoom and your favourite cuppa on the ready!
