The fundamental principle behind this therapy is that every woman has the right to experience a regular, pain-free, predictable and healthy monthly cycle. This is a cycle which lasts between 28 and 32 days and consists of a 5 day bleed on average. Our hormonal health, fertility, peri-menopause and menopause and all influenced by our cycle so this method helps to address and educate both therapists and ultimately our clients.
This method can be offered as a stand-alone treatment and comes with online resources which you can share with your clients. You will also be able to offer your clients a comprehensive homecare package to assist with healing as well as a combination of holistic and ayurvedic practises and medicine.
This course is designed for qualified and experienced body practitioners. It is also suitable for midwives and doulas.
During the 2 days you will learn a variety of methods which make up this unique and powerful treatment. These include reflexology, lymphatic drainage, deep abdominal massage, pelvic alignment and also the healing power of castor oil packs.
Course Content
Entry Requirement
All candidates must hold a recognised massage qualification and must be an experienced and practising body therapist.
Assessment Process
You will be assessed during the four day course. The final assessment takes place on day two of the second weekend.
Qualification Attained
You will gain a Diploma in The Body Temple Method, accredited by the Complimentary Medical Association (CMA). With this certificate you can obtain insurance through Balens and Westminster Insurance.
