Reflexology

Diploma in Reflexology (2 days in person)

This diploma is perfect for anyone who wants to offer reflexology as a stand-alone treatment or as part of a package. You will learn the fundamental skills to offer a professional and effective treatment. This diploma course is suitable for existing therapists and those who are brand new to the industry. Ideally, you will have a keen interest in anatomy and physiology (A&P). You may already be pursuing a separate qualification in A&P or already possess one. You will receive an anatomy and physiology training manual in advance and we will cover some A&P theory over the 2 days.

If you are looking to book a course with us, there are several options. Please tick the relevant boxes in this short form and we will be in touch as soon as possible. We offer training in Derby, Borehamwood (North London) and also at your venue if you have at least 3 therapists.

As a healing discipline, reflexology can be traced back thousands of years and is based on the principle that the foot is like a map of the body where all the organs and body systems are represented. By applying pressure and specific massage movements on the soles and tops of the feet, we can eliminate toxins, promote good circulation, reduce tension and improve body functions. Reflexology can also help with specific conditions such as digestive disorders, migraines, aches and pains, hormonal imbalances and menstrual issues. It’s the perfect anti-dote to the stresses of modern life.

As a therapist, you will benefit from adding reflexology to your services as it can be added to packages and mini reflexology sessions can be added to longer treatments such as body massage and facials.
