Indonesian Massage is a gentle yet powerful discipline which combines the techniques of Swedish massage, shiatsu, acupressure, lymphatic drainage and aromatherapy. Clients will experience a gentle yet deeply relaxing treatment, as well as a powerful detox. For the therapist, you can use as much or as little pressure as you like. Even light pressure makes the treatment very effective so it’s a great alternative to much deeper treatments and allows you to be mindful of your own wellbeing whilst looking after others. Ideally, you will have a keen interest in anatomy and physiology. (A&P). You may already be pursuing a separate qualification in A&P or already possess one. You will receive an anatomy and physiology training manual in advance and we will cover some A&P theory over the 2 days.
